We’ve Won Dealerrater’s 2017 Consumer Satisfaction Award! We are so pleased to announce that we have won the 2016 Consumer Satisfaction Award through Dealerrater. We thank and appreciate our awesome staff who strives every day to provide each and every client with the best customer service experience and you, our fantastic and vocal customers. Thank you for sharing your experiences and please continue to share your experiences so we can see where we are performing strongly and how we can improve. We look forward to a positive review-filled year!

The awards are determined by an algorithm referred to as PowerScore, which is determined by a dealership’s average Dealerrater star-rating as well as the total number of reviews written about the dealership during the 2016 calendar year and are divided into the following categories: customer service, quality of work, friendliness, pricing, and overall experience. In order to qualify for  the awards, new and used dealers must have been reviewed 25 times during 2016 and averaged a minimum of a four out of five-star rating. To be named a Consumer Satisfaction award winner, dealers must be in the top 10% U.S. franchise dealers based on their PowerScore.
