I once again had the pleasure of having Guy as my service advisor. In all of my years of owning cars (almost 40 years driving), I have never had the excellent level of service that Guy provides. You really feel that you are dealing with a friend. Not a level of service you typically find anymore. That is why both of my cars have been bought/leased at Wilde Honda.

Friendly, helpful and informative service writers, very clean and comfortble facilities. Work was done in a timely fashion and there was no pressure to sell a repair or part that was not needed. Future needs were discussed as the car ages. I am very happy with the service, maintenance reminders and savings coupons that are continually offered.

I always bring my Honda Odyssey to Wilde Honda for service. I drive from South Fort Myers to Wilde because they are the best. Mark Dickerson is my service advisor and he always treats me well, whether it is routine service or a specific problem, he takes care of it. It takes me 1 and 1/2 hours to get there, but it is worth the drive to know I can trust the people at Wilde Honda to take care of my vehicle. Thank you R.G. , Jeannie and Mark, Susan Nevels

I brought in my 2011 Honda Insight for its regularly scheduled maintenance. My vehicle was promised to me in an adequate time frame and was even returned before that time expires. Kenny was my service advisor and I would recommend him to everyone. He is knowledgeable, caring and respectful of his clients. Thank you Wilde Honda for offering services at a reasonable price for your customers.

Experience was very positive. Kenny provided outstanding service, explained everything very well and went out of his way to provide a loaner vehicle. I brought my 2008 Odessey in for an oil change and asked that they investigate a "creak" coming form the steering wheel. They discovered faulty axle boots and informed me that because it was part of the drive train was still under warranty. I would have discovered the warranty coverage eventually but I found the up front honesty refreshing. Employees like Kenny bring customers back.

I recently had some bodywork done on my 2009 Honda Pilot I could have had it done in Venice, where I live - but the service provided by the Wilde Honda team - specifically George Cermak is top of the line. George answers my questions, returns calls timely and is respectful of my busy schedule, so no extra waiting. Truly George is the service template all dealerships should emulate.

First time in for service since I purchased the car. Could not have been any better. Easy to schedule, which I did on-line. Service was completed in the estimated time given to me by your service advisor. Nice waiting area. Looking forward to the next time.

I was having some AC concerns with my Honda Civic that is over 5 years old and out of warranty. Our service tec, Jeffrey Donahue, was fabulous. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to see that all of our concerns were met. While we were at Wild Honda of Sarasota we also met with Larry to look into a new Honda Civic. Even though we left without purchasing a new Honda, our experience was very pleasant. We used the shuttle service to shop at a mall close by while our AC was being reviewed. When our car was done, Skip Strasburger, one of the big guys, came to pick us up from the mall rather than wait for the shuttle service. HOW NICE is that!! I don't think I will buy a car from anywhere else. I am 100% satisfied.

Yesterday was the first real service experience and it certainly was a pleasure. Everything went as planned and I was in and out in a flash and well satisfied besides. Several weeks ago I was in to have the windows tinted and was even driven hope in the other end of town and picked up when the windows were finished and at no cost to me. The driver was even pleasant and agreeable...what more could you ask for?

As always the service was timely and complete. I have been getting my cars serviced at Wilde Honda since 1986 and comtinue to appreciate the care and concern of the staff.....especially Mark Dickerson, who I have had the pleasure to work with all of those years. When I was working he always made it convenient for me to leave and pick up my car and always gave me options of service based on most urgent to those services that could be delayed .....to meet my pay schedule. Ha! Thank you all for years of consistent excellence. Lynn Higgs
